The helo app works in 3 modes. Once paired with a patient’s Ortonet account saves time including documentation and simplifies communication with the doctor. Reduces the number of personal visits.
Communication with the patient is automatically recorded on the patient’s file in Ortonet.
- The application contains a supportive knowledge base for the patient and acts as a Practice Finder, eden before being paired with the patient’s file in Ortonet.
- Once the patient’s app is paired with the patient’s file in Ortonet, the Treatment Monitoring function is activated.
- Staff man use intra-practice chat for easier communication.

Znany Lekarz
Integration with the Znany Lekarz portal enables the patient to find out about specialists available in the practice and schedule an appointment at a specific time using the
calendar on the website.
E-Zdrowie platform at Ortonet
WE ASSIST in obtaining access to the P1 platform and a set of certificates for the doctor:
- Assistance with registration, activation and creation of a doctor’s account in the RPWDL system,
- Assistance with the assignment of a professional practice register book to an account in RPWDL,
- Assistance with the application for access to the P1 platform,
- Assistance with the generation of WSS and TLS certificates from the P1 platform,
- Assistance with the generation (if unavailable) of the “Doctor” tab in the ZUS PUE platform,
- Assistance with the generation of the ZUS certificate for E-ZLA (electronic sick leave).
The service includes comprehensive support to carry out all the necessary application and registration procedures in the relevant RPWDL and ZUS platforms, together with the creation of an RPWDL account. WSS certificates, TLS certificates and a certificate from ZUS will be generated, which can then be used to integrate with the physician patient service software
Needed on the part of the client during service delivery:
- Scan of the right to practise (all pages),
- Electronic signature or Trusted Profile (implementation of application signature – during dispatch to individual platforms/institutions – on-site at the client’s premises or remotely).
