Ortonet software functionalities
The list of patients contains detailed information about each of your patients. In the Patient Data, you will find contact details, treatment status, payments, and other attached files and documents. Patient documentation includes consents, the course of visits, important tips, and information about treatment. The data is equipped with a virtual diagnostic model, an intraoral scan viewer, and a DICOM viewer. You can attach panoramic and cephalometric X-rays or other photos required in the treatment process. It also provides information about the progress of visits - you will see information about completed and planned visits.
In the Calendar tab you can view all planned and completed visits in your office. This is where you schedule appointments for patients. You can divide the view into offices or the chairs operating in your dental practice. Using the scheduler tab you can plan availability hours for each doctor. Your team immediately knows who admits in a given chair on a given day. It is possible to integrate the calendar with DocPlanner, thanks to which you will improve the visibility of the office and you can allow patients to make appointments online.
The Timetable tab offers a streamlined view of scheduled visits, neatly organized in a chronological order, distinguishing between past and upcoming appointments for efficient time management.
The 'Course of the Visit' tab offers a detailed account of each visit and the procedures performed for the patient. It also provides an overview of the treatment plan and important case - related information.
A set of ready-made templates for patient documents – you can create your own document templates or use one of the predefined ones. This feature simplifies the documentation process, allowing for quick and efficient patient record management.
In the Pictures tab, you can effortlessly browse through all the images uploaded for each patient. Annotate each photo with custom descriptions and let the system handle the dates automatically. This streamlined process enhances your office's efficiency, allowing you to focus more on patient care and less on administrative tasks.
The Payment tab allows you to settle visits using invoices or receipts. At the same time, the patient’s balance and payments are visible, providing a seamless management experience.
The DICOM file viewer allows you to view and store medical images from a CT scanner, facilitating a seamless integration with diagnostic workflows and patient management systems.
The intraoral scan viewer allows you to view and store digital impressions taken using the scanner in .stl and .obj format. This feature enhances the efficiency of dental diagnostics and patient record management, offering an integrated solution for modern dental practices.
Here you can upload a diagnostic three-dimensional model and plan treatment, indirect bonding, aligner treatment, etc. This integration facilitates comprehensive planning and tracking of orthodontic treatments, enhancing patient outcomes and practice efficiency.
Cephalometry creator based on various schools (Bjork, Kaminek, McNamara, Steiner, Jarabak, Roth-Jarabak, Segner-Hasund, Arnett, SWIP). This tool offers comprehensive support for orthodontic planning, allowing for the application of different analytical methods to suit your diagnostic needs.

The helo app works in 3 modes. Once paired with a patient’s Ortonet account saves time including documentation and simplifies communication with the doctor. Reduces the number of personal visits.
Communication with the patient is automatically recorded on the patient’s file in Ortonet.
- The application contains a supportive knowledge base for the patient and acts as a Practice Finder, eden before being paired with the patient’s file in Ortonet.
- Once the patient’s app is paired with the patient’s file in Ortonet, the Treatment Monitoring function is activated.
- Staff man use intra-practice chat for easier communication.

Consilium
The Consilium function makes it possible to share all digital patient information just by login into Ortonet, for doctors with different specialities, who are even in different locations, to assess the need for treatment.
Gathering the opinions of the doctors allows a comprehensive treatment plan to be offered to the patient, covering all diagnosed health problems, in a single process and at a single practice location.
Znany Lekarz
Integration with the Znany Lekarz portal enables the patient to find out about specialists available in the practice and schedule an appointment at a specific time using the
calendar on the website.
E-Zdrowie platform at Ortonet
WE ASSIST in obtaining access to the P1 platform and a set of certificates for the doctor:
- Assistance with registration, activation and creation of a doctor’s account in the RPWDL system,
- Assistance with the assignment of a professional practice register book to an account in RPWDL,
- Assistance with the application for access to the P1 platform,
- Assistance with the generation of WSS and TLS certificates from the P1 platform,
- Assistance with the generation (if unavailable) of the “Doctor” tab in the ZUS PUE platform,
- Assistance with the generation of the ZUS certificate for E-ZLA (electronic sick leave).
The service includes comprehensive support to carry out all the necessary application and registration procedures in the relevant RPWDL and ZUS platforms, together with the creation of an RPWDL account. WSS certificates, TLS certificates and a certificate from ZUS will be generated, which can then be used to integrate with the physician patient service software
Needed on the part of the client during service delivery:
- Access to the ZUS PUE platform (depending on the needs of the implementation of the various stages, on-site or remotely),
- Scan of the right to practise (all pages),
- Electronic signature or Trusted Profile (implementation of application signature – during dispatch to individual platforms/institutions – on-site at the client’s premises or remotely).
